Here are my notes from my Appt with Dr. Natske yesterday:
To get rid of microns:
Argentyn 23 nasal spray
xclear nasal spray

Detox:
Up chroella to 7,000-9,000 per day (this is what Klinghardt does)
stop choesteramine
start modified citrus pectin slowly (up to 6 capsules 2x/day)
coffee enemas 1x/week
dry brushing (wash once a week)
curcumin (1000 mg 2x/day)

Thyroid:
Split naturethroid into two- 1/2 morning and night.

Co-Infections:
start zythromax low dose. It is a prep for LDI (done by Natske)
Do ECP for 3 days with bloodwork before and after

Optional:
Look into Byron-White homeopath (side effects?)

Note: It did not work for me to split naturethroid into two doses and take it with non-soy food as Natske suggested. I became extra tired, so I'm thinking the thyroid wasn't working when I took it on a full stomach regardless of whether there was soy.

New Diagnosis: Lyme

I have been doing about the same since I started Dr. Natske's detox protocol. We added cholstermine about 5 weeks ago but I didn't see any change. At my last appointment he tested me for Lyme disease and co-infections just to rule it out. Unfortunately, I tested positive for Lyme and 3 co-infections. Doc said it is not actually the Lyme that is the problem but the mycotoxins (mold). Once we get rid of the mold the immune system will be able to keep the Lyme at bay.

improvement!

Woohoo! I have had a great 4 days. What has changed? I went to sonata instead of xanax for sleep. I am doing Dr.Natske's protocol, minus the glutathione, which I will add in later. I'm being really strict about avoiding allergy foods and sugar. Praying this continues!

My health has really plateaued since the start of the New Year. In the research I have done it seems if I have symptoms of mold in my body. I have started seeing Dr. Natske in Flint to investigate the world of environmental toxins. I dad a BioTrek test that measures mycotoxins and I tested positive for 3 types of mold. For this he recommended his detox protocol which is as follows: Vitamin C 1000-2000mg/day, glutathione spray or caps twice a day, up to 80 mg a day, staring with 1 spray, alpha lipoic acid 300mg 1-2 times a day, chlorella 1000-1500mg 2x/day, myers cocktail every other week. He also suggested buying an infared sauna (which I did), trying thiamine for sleep, zero sugar and self lymph massage. On the positive side my thyroid numbers have finally reached a balanced state and the feeling of constantly being cold has disappeared. He also did further allergy testing (blood tests in arm) and concluded I'm allergic to tea (black and green), pepper, chocolate (NO!), and soy. I am still drinking bone broth and homemade green shakes daily and taking my many supplements. I am supposed to continue on this protocol and see him in two months.

Alpha Stim

I continue to improve. Dr. Massoumi has introduced me to a device that has changed my life! It is called Alpha Stim and when hooked up to my ears produces alpha waves (happy, peaceful waves) to combat the brain's beta waves (depressing, insomnia, anxiety producing waves). Since I started using this device daily I have been able to fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. This has not happened in over 20 years! I feel much less anxious overall. So, so thankful.

I have not gotten any IV's this summer because I have not really needed to. My energy (aside from needing naps) is great. I have bad neck pain and headaches. I am in PT to try to strengthen my neck muscles and have been getting trigger point injections to relax the shoulder muscles and knots. My kids don't refer to me as "sick" anymore but rather tell people "mom is getting better."

Lots of people are asking what I attribute it to. I don't think it was any one thing. There have been so many things God has put in my life from doctors to supplements to essential oils. One thing I am sure of is that all the praise goes to Him.

My 8 month absence

I have not written in so long. But, I have a reason...I have been busy getting better. :) I am not back to where I was pre-mono, but I have come a long way. My body still prefers 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night along with an afternoon nap. But, aside from those times my energy level is pretty good! I have started feldenkris (gentle movements and exercises) to retrain my body on how to use my muscles. I also got a bit splint from Dr. Ray in Sterling heights which has improved my headaches tremendously. I have switched from getting Meyers Cocktails to peroxide IV's. I'm down to once ever other week! My thyroid has still not been resolved after much trial and error. Even though my body is low in progesterone it can't handle oral or transdermal progesterone without major acne. And I'm still having constipation issues. Aside from all those things my body can handle much more movement and stressful situations without pooping out so fast. Here is a list of the supplements I am currently on: Ortho Digestzyme, DFH Complete Multi, COQ10, time release melatonin, quick release sublingual melatonin, oregano oil, magnesium malate, Cerenity, Feverfew, raw vitamin C, D-Mannos, Integrative Therapeutics Laxative Formula, Vitamin D, stress tabs by Shaklee, NAC, adaptogen, Aciophilus, PS 100. Script wise (specifically for chronic fatigue) I am doing biweekly injections of C-Hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12) and armorthroid. I recently did 23andme and found the results to be very helpful. More on that in the next post. Feel free to leave questions or comments. I am feeling well enough that I would love to help others when I can.

12 weeks later

I have been on the supplements prescribed my Mary from Waller's office for 12 weeks. I am feeling considerably better, so I know a lot is working. My insulin levels are good for the first time ever! My vitamin D levels are normal. The pain is less, but still there. (Increase MSM).Increased energy, but lots of acne. (1/2 dose of progesterone- down to 50mg)

According to my bloodwork, here is what is not:
1. thyroid is still off (increased armor thyroid)
2. Iron is still way low(10) (see hematologist)
3. Pregnenolone is low
4. Infrequent bowel movements (keep taking magnesium)
5. Feel wired. (switched adrenal supports)
